Donna C. Bourgeois, Owner & Director
Donna is owner and director of Starz Dance Studio. Donna started dancing at the of age of two. She began teaching and choreographing at the age of 15, giving her 32 years of teaching experience. Teaching dance is one of her greatest passions. She has also studied at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Donna has taken classes from world renowned choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Cris Judd, Laurieann Gibson, Dave Scott, Desmond Richardson, Gil Duldulao, Tyce Diorio, Brooke Lipton, Tessandra Chavez, Shane Sparks, Sue Samuels, Joey Dowling, Ben Susak, and Sonya Tayeh. She loves seeing the littlest ballerina grow and blossom into beautiful dancer and knowing that she has had a part in her dance education. Donna also teaches dance and tumbling at a local daycare, as well as being the studio photographer. Donna's favorite type of dance is Contemporary, Ballet and Tap. She is married to Allen Bourgeois, Jr. and has 2 children Brady, age 26 and Jenna, age 19.
Kaitlin Champagne- Gondran, Teacher
Kaitlin has been dancing since she was one. She is a 2013 graduate of Starz Dance Studio. She has recently taken on role as a teacher/choreographer. She has studied Jazz on the collegiate level at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has also studied at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Kaitlin's favorite type of dance is Contemporary and Pointe. Kaitlin is psychology graduate and is now working in her field also. She is married to Tyler Gondran and has 2 children, Owen, 3 and Graham, 1.
Kelsey has been dancing since the age of one. She is a 2019 graduate of Starz Dance Studio. She has been a teaching assistant for several years now and she has taken on the role of teacher/choreographer for the last 2 years. She has taken several classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, and has studied with world renowned choreographers. Kelsey's favorite type of dance is contemporary and hip hop. She is a graduate of UL in Lafayette and is further studying to be speech pathologist.

Jenna Bourgeois, Administrative Assistant and Class Assistant
Jenna has been in dancing since the age of 1. Growing up in the studio and behind the scenes with her mom, Donna. She has taken classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City and has studied with world renowned choreographers.
She is a 2023 graduate of Starz Dance Studio. She is attending UL for kiniesiolgy, on the career path to be a Physical therapist.
